Nondestructive Tester

Join the Air National Guard Units as a Nondestructive Tester and play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our aircraft.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nondestructive Tester to join our team. As a Nondestructive Tester, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tests and inspections on aircraft and equipment to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.

1. Perform nondestructive tests and inspections on aircraft and equipment to detect defects and damage.
2. Operate and maintain test equipment, including ultrasonic and eddy current inspection techniques.
3. Classify test results and identify material deficiencies.
4. Recommend courses of action for items of equipment.
5. Perform scheduled inspections of testing equipment to ensure compliance with established technical regulations and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience or training in using ultrasonic and/or eddy current inspection techniques.
• Ability to set up and operate test equipment.
• Knowledge of technical regulations and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
