We are actively seeking a skilled US Supply Chain Coordinator to make our supply chain operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • The candidate will interface and maintain communication with customers, suppliers, and other teams.
  • Manage the supply chain operation to meet customer demands, including but not limited to order fulfillment, material planning, assembling, inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely delivery of products.
  2. Maintain accurate inventory levels and control stock through effective tracking and monitoring.
  3. Develop smart logistics plans to optimize truck loading utilization and efficiency.
  4. Minimize operation costs by implementing efficient pick, pack, re-group pallets, and kitchen/assembly processes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of customer service or logistics operation experience, preferably in freight forwarding, distribution, warehousing, or similar industries.
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail and good data analytical skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse nationalities.
