About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Applewood Centers. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children, adolescents, and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients with a range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, psychology, or social work.
  • Valid licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • At least 2 years of experience in delivering mental health services to children and families.
  • Proven experience with Medicaid billing requirements.
