Caregiver for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a critical role in helping our participants live well and reach their full potential.
CompensationWe offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00/hour, as well as a full benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week. This includes paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 3% company match.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. As a Direct Support Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs
- Encouraging participation in community activities and hobbies
You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals who share your commitment to delivering high-quality services and supports. RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Documented 5 years of caregiving experience (can be substituted for education)
- Be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Successful clearance of background checks
- A reliable and responsible attitude
- A compassionate approach and commitment to quality in everything you do
