Stationary Engineer

**Job Summary**

Malace|HR is seeking an experienced Stationary Engineer to work in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility maintenance and industrial powerhouses, with a focus on boilers, chillers, and wastewater systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of industrial powerhouses, including boilers, chillers, and wastewater systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance issues and improve overall facility efficiency.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.

**Requirements**

• 8+ years of experience in facility maintenance or stationary engineering.
• 1st Class Stationary Engineer License or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, boiler, and steam operations, as well as machine repair and mechanical craft areas.
• Experience with pumps, motors, speed and feed systems, and hydraulics.
• Proficiency in controller programs, including Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, and Siemens.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, such as MAXIMO.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with HVAC/R systems, including indoor air quality, temperature control, and scavenge exhaust systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and speed and feed systems.
