Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Operational Preparation: Conduct thorough pre-operational checks to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Dough Mixing and Lamination: Prepare and mix dough, and laminate it to the required specifications.
  • Product Packaging: Package products efficiently and accurately to meet customer demands.
  • Quality Control: Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to strict safety and quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the production team to achieve production goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Hard Skills: Proficiency in pre-operational production checklists, receiving and inspecting ingredients, dough mixing and lamination, operating lamination machinery, recording lot numbers and ingredient usage, monitoring product quality, and packaging products.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and time management skills.
Work Environment
  • The work area can be very hot and loud.
  • The pace is fast, and the environment smells good.
  • Employees must be prepared for potential gluten/flour allergies.
  • Strict adherence to GMPs is required, including wearing approved safety footwear, smocks, gloves, hairnets, and beard nets.
  • The facility is peanut-free, and there are designated areas for tobacco use and food consumption.
