Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Arlington. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation program.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate patient care, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and treatment.
- Lead patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs and facilitating their recovery.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
- Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
