We are actively seeking to fill a Facility Maintenance Cleaner role.


The primary responsibility of our facility maintenance cleaners is to ensure cleanliness across various commercial properties, including retail spaces and corporate offices, during off-peak hours.

The responsibilities encompass a range of tasks such as dusting surfaces in multiple areas, managing waste disposal, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and performing floor maintenance including waxing and stripping.

Our cleaning staff typically works Monday through Friday from 3pm to 11pm.

Compensation ranges from $16 to $19 per hour based on experience, with annual performance-based raises.

Key Responsibilities:

General upkeep of the facilities including:
Floor maintenance through sweeping, washing, stripping, and waxing

Disposing of trash

Vacuuming and cleaning carpets

Washing doors and windows

Dusting surfaces

Daily restroom maintenance

Managing recyclables

Providing suggestions for repairs and enhancements to facilities and equipment

Identifying suitable cleaning materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for tasks

Comprehensive cleaning of all assigned areas

Ensuring proper handling and maintenance of company property and equipment
