About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Addiction Therapist to join our team at Pinnacle Treatment Centers NJ - III LLC.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will lead our outpatient program, providing compassionate and effective care to individuals struggling with addiction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counseling Sessions: Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Patient Progress: Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to the overall success of the treatment center through participation in team meetings and professional development activities.
- Continuum of Care: Develop patient discharge/continuum of care plans to ensure movement to the appropriate levels of care.
- Caseload Management: Maintain patient caseload, including case management and utilization review updates, treatment planning duties, and clinical charting.
Qualifications:
- Tier 3 Counselor: Master's degree, LCADC, LCSW, or LPC
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in addiction counseling
- Licensure: Current licensure in NJ (LCSW, LPC, or LCADC)
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
