Enterprise Account Growth Strategist

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at PHIHONG USA. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our OEM business on a national level by developing new business with targeted Tier 1 OEMs, uncovering new opportunities, and growing high-level customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals who can think strategically and work independently.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be required to develop an annual business plan, execute prospecting strategies, visit accounts, make customer presentations, and develop solutions to solve customer problems. Additionally, you will need to have heavy interface with Engineering & Factory for pre/post sales issues and effectively act as Program Manager to ensure successful program development. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years outside sales experience in a high technology, hardware company. A technical degree or relevant experience combination with a degree is preferred. You should have excellent time management, follow-up, and organizational skills to successfully plan and execute technical sales activities. Additionally, you should have demonstrated ability to meet sales goals, overcome internal and external objections, and possess strategic selling techniques and a 'solution vs. price' approach. Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and presentation skills are also essential.
