Hospitality Ambassador

Belleair Towers, a senior living community that prioritizes exceptional experiences for its residents, seeks a Part-Time Server to join its team. As a key member of our dining staff, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and ensuring the satisfaction of our residents.

Your primary responsibilities as a Part-Time Server will include:

• Taking meal/drink orders and serving meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assuring resident/guest satisfaction with their meals.
• Maintaining knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items and explaining to residents or guests.
• Maintaining assigned tables and surrounding areas in a complete state of cleanliness, appearance, and readiness.
• Following daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Assisting with orientation and training of new food servers.
• Practicing all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Sets-up and cleans the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.
• Maintaining or exceeding standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene.
• Performing and completing opening and closing checklist criteria.
• Assisting in dining room and surrounding areas for proper directional flow, organization, and supplies placement.

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in fine dining is preferred.

The estimated salary range for this position is $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience. The location of Belleair Towers is not specified but considering standard job market rates, it's reasonable to estimate the annual salary between $30,000 - $45,000, based on a standard full-time schedule, benefits included.
