Job Overview: Cage & Club Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Cage & Club Representative to manage various cashier responsibilities within our Players Club. In this role, you will provide exceptional service while informing guests about the activities and offerings of the Players Club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate cash balance in assigned drawer
• Process cash transactions and personal checks efficiently
• Handle foreign currency exchanges and calculate relevant rates
• Stay updated on facility offerings and special events to assist guests effectively
• Collaborate with team members as required
• Clearly communicate Players Club details to guests
• Address minor guest concerns and conflicts
• Participate in departmental meetings to enhance communication
• Maintain precise records and reports
• Deliver outstanding guest service consistently
• Distribute and redeem promotional coupons
• Issue complimentary services based on guest activity
• Adhere to gaming laws and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to both guests and colleagues
• Execute assigned tasks diligently

Required Qualifications:

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Professional demeanor when interacting with guests
• Proficient in English for occupational purposes
• Basic mathematical skills are necessary
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must obtain necessary work permits
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
