We are seeking a highly qualified Mathematics Instructor to join our team at the University of North Texas System. As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic experience of our students.
Responsibilities- Teach lower-division mathematics courses, including College Algebra, Business Algebra, Business Calculus, Elementary Statistics, Contemporary Mathematics, and various Math for Teachers courses.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to promote student learning and success.
- Assess student learning outcomes and provide feedback to students.
- Participate in departmental and university-wide initiatives to improve teaching and learning.
- A master's degree in mathematics or a related field with outstanding teaching experience in teaching lower-level mathematics courses.
- Ph.D. in Mathematics or Ph.D./Ed.D. in Math Education preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
