  • Address and resolve production challenges as they occur.
  • Alert the maintenance team regarding any equipment malfunctions.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on their designated responsibilities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of operational processes and machinery.
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance assessments.
  • Work with human resources to address employee inquiries or issues.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and appropriately.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to remain on feet for extended periods.
