Housekeeping Inspector

At Pyramid Global Hospitality, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring our high standards of cleanliness and quality are met.

• Supervise and direct Housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and corridors to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Train and monitor the performance of Housekeeping staff to ensure they are meeting our expectations.
• Prepare work performance reports and submit to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Ensure all jobs are completed within the shift and that both carts and linen/supply closets are kept clean, neat, and stocked.

• Minimum six months supervisory experience or one year of comparable Housekeeping experience.
• Ability to lift, reach, bend, stoop, stand and walk continuously, climb stairs, and push or pull heavy equipment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English in order to complete forms and meet guest needs/requests.
• Ability to provide clear direction, instruction and guidance to subordinates.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
