About the Role
Centerpoint Medical Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team in the Hyperbaric Wound Care department. As a Hyperbaric Wound LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the treatment process.
- Prepare and educate patients about the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Work in the wound center's clinic, treating patients who receive wound care, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Participate in safety program activities, such as coordinating safety drills, and perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) licensure.
- Vocational School Graduate.
