We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Historian I at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Historian I, you will play a critical role in supporting plasma center operations by performing phlebotomy and donor screening tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Perform phlebotomy and donor screening tasks to ensure the safety and quality of plasma donations.
- Answer phones and greet donors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to center processes using company-approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support plasma center operations.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).
