Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Call Center Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervises a team of customer service representatives.
  • Ensures that customer service representatives provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Responsible for monitoring call interactions to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handles escalations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize customer issues and responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Experience in a customer call center.
  • Flexibility to work other shifts when/if needed for dept., coverage.
  • Bilingual- English/Spanish required.
