About the JobThis psychiatric nurse position requires a minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience in a specialty. As a Weekend Night Shift RN, you will work 12-hour shifts, nights, and be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with mental health or behavioral conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients with mental disorders, including facilitating social and emotional treatments, supervising medication schedules, and evaluating progress.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary professionals and patients' families to maintain a supportive and safe environment.
- Utilize monitoring devices and de-escalation techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Supplement patient care with support groups, social activities, and other therapeutic measures as necessary.
Cross Country Nurses offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
