Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - Assisted Living

We are seeking a compassionate and highly qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in the Assisted Living/Memory Care unit at The Clare, a luxury residential community in the heart of Chicago.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service and care to our residents, working in a part-time evening shift (4:30 pm to 9:30 pm, 4 days/week). This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people and work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements:
  • Current, valid Illinois C.N.A. certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living, or Memory Care facility.
  • CPR certification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service.
