About the Role

Citigroup, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Finance Manager to join our team in New York. As a key member of our Institutional Banking group, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their financial needs, including raising capital and advising on strategic transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume significant levels of responsibility for project execution and new business development
  • Work closely with clients on financing transactions and guide them through the capital raising process
  • Collaborate with senior-level team members and outside advisors on M&A and special situation transactions
  • Draft situation analyses, pitch materials, and oversee work performed by analysts & associates

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • MBA or Master's Degree preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of corporate banking and its related products
  • Experience with large corporate clients, capital markets products, and derivatives
  • Series 7 and 63 preferred
