Job Description

As a Foster/Adopt Home Verification Specialist R8 at Divinity Family Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of foster and adoptive homes. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, as you will be working closely with families and other stakeholders to verify compliance with state licensing standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit and support foster and adoptive families
- Collaborate with development positions to ensure timely collection of required documents
- Provide comprehensive guidance to families throughout the licensure process
- Conduct thorough home visits and inspections
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with state licensing standards and external partner contractual requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Prior experience in home study writing or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Minimum Standards state guidelines and state contracts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Annual Salary:
$44,250, based on the national average for similar roles in the United States.
