As a Combat Engineer with the Army National Guard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of military operations. Your expertise in designing and building infrastructure, detecting and neutralizing hazards, and conducting route clearance will be essential in safeguarding your team and repelling the enemy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Construct fighting positions, fixed and floating bridges, obstacles, and defensive positions
  • Place and detonate explosives
  • Conduct operations that include route clearance of obstacles and rivers
Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic demolitions and explosive hazards
  • Constructing wire obstacles and fixed bridge building
  • Basic urban operations and operating heavy equipment
