Fitness Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Taymax Group. This role is responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

This position will be responsible for:

• Greeting members, prospective members, and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Handling all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, taking prospective members on tours, signing up new members, and assisting with daily tasks.
• Facilitating needed updates to member accounts and responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Basic computer proficiency and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Demands: Continual standing and walking during shift; continual talking in person or on the phone during shift; must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
