Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing care plans as prescribed by physicians
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
  • Administering medications and treatments as directed
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care
  • Educating patients and families on health management
  • Communicating effectively with healthcare teams and families
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Active and unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Recent TB test results
  • Preferred: Six months of nursing experience
  • Reliable transportation is a must
