Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care including bathing, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampooing, and changing bed linens
• Assist patients with dressing and undressing, as well as planning and preparing nutritious meals
• Report patient conditions and significant changes to the Case Manager
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and monitor skin integrity for potential breakdown
Requirements:
• Certified by the state as a nurse aide
• Current CPR Certification
• Registration on the state aide registry with a clear record
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance that meets state requirements
