About the role of Flooring Coatings Expert at Auctis Corporation

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Chemist to drive innovation in our Flooring Coatings business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our existing portfolio of flooring coatings.
• Contribute to global and regional technology segments.
• Follow and develop experimental procedures for new product development and performance testing.
• Generate reliable data, contribute to experiment design, and lead independent and collaborative projects.
• Provide innovative technical solutions and coordinate technical activities for new projects.
• Consult with internal teams, field service personnel, and gather input from customers and sales.
• Ensure compliance with Auctis Corporation policies, EH&S, and governmental regulations.

Requirements:

• MS in Chemistry or Polymer Science with 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of epoxy, vinyl ester, polyurethane, polyurea, and polyaspartics formulating principles.
• Drive continuous improvement, embrace teamwork, and accept/deliver meaningful feedback.
• Ability to search and interpret literature, stay aware of competitor technology, and intellectual property.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
