Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP with Soliant, you will work with individuals of all ages to diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their communication goals.
  • Deliver therapy sessions using a range of techniques and tools, including augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices.
  • Maintain detailed records of client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to support client success and provide expert input on speech and language goals.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
