Full-time Physiatrist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes in Salem, Lynn, and surrounding towns.

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess patients' mobility, strength, and balance.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance interventions.
• Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.
