Our mission is to serve as the Gallup Poll for topics that traditional polling organizations might overlook. Your duties will encompass strategizing and executing content creation, utilizing your knowledge of pop culture and a sharp analytical mindset to explore results that warrant deeper investigation.
In essence, your role will involve:
- Grasping Ranker's polling methodologies.
- Spotting trending subjects.
- Assigning relevant perspectives that resonate with Ranker's distinctive format.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in digital media.
- A Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, film, or a related field.
- Editorial experience, particularly in pop culture (entertainment, TV, film, music is advantageous).
- Experience or training in a polling context.
- A strong aptitude for statistics and relevant experience.
- A passion for all things related to pop culture.
- A proven history in story development.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in photo editing, web analytics, content management systems, and social media publishing.
- Able to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A creative problem solver and effective communicator capable of making informed decisions.
