Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing robust security systems for both manual and automated environments.
- Monitoring and logging organizational data to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Utilizing analytical skills to enhance the architecture and integration of computer systems and networks.
- Overseeing the deployment of cybersecurity tools in a hybrid operational setting.
- Creating and managing technology roadmaps to align with best practices.
- Facilitating system accreditation processes by generating necessary Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret clearance; eligibility for TS/SCI clearance is necessary.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems within a production context.
- Familiarity with Federated Identity, RBAC, and secure-cloud configurations.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions such as Trellix and CrowdStrike.
- Experience in a fast-paced Agile environment, with knowledge of tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
- Understanding of network protection devices and security protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with cybersecurity tools like CyberArk and Splunk.
- Knowledge of DoDAF and Model Based System Engineering (MBSE).
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required. Relevant work experience may substitute for educational qualifications.
