Hop Mountain Tap Room & Grill is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a professional Head Chef to manage food preparation and service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Head Cook, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation and Handling: Direct food processing and handling, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared according to standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage food temperature and inventory stock, maintaining accurate records and minimizing waste.
• Health and Safety: Follow established health and safety guidelines, adhering to local regulations and best practices.
• Candidate Qualifications: Proven working experience as a Head Cook, extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $17.00 - $25.00/hour, available shifts all days except Mondays and Tuesdays, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
