Electrician I

• Manage all phases of utility construction for various telecom projects, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project budgets.
• Read blueprints, estimate costs, and control electrical projects to achieve financial goals.
• Apply working knowledge of the electrical industry, including new site builds, modifications, deployment, and implementation, as well as real estate, site acquisition, and zoning.
• Manage and control costs throughout the project cycle, including budget control, financial tracking, reporting, and bidding.
• Prepare scope of work, including pricing, resources, and schedules, for new and proposed projects.
• Oversee site acquisition, engineering, and construction projects, ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory processes.
• Use knowledge of customer networks and business models to identify opportunities for deploying additional products and services.
• Conduct risk management and contingency planning, negotiating complex issues to favorable resolutions.
• Enforce the MasTec Network Solutions quality program, ensuring staff and vendors follow safety guidelines and meet industry standards.
• Understand, train, and enforce the company quality program, processes, and standards, managing vendor and company resources.

• A valid driver's license and driving record meeting company policy conditions.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and in extreme weather conditions, with willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to work out of the market or away from home as work demands.
• Ability to lift and/or carry a minimum of 15 lbs.
