Job Summary

We are seeking part-time coaches to join our team in various locations in the northern suburbs of Chicago. As a coach, you will be responsible for leading our unique and creative programs developed by early childhood professionals and youth soccer experts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead soccer coaching sessions for kids in a fun and engaging manner
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of our young players
  • Provide guidance and support to players to help them improve their skills
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to ensure a positive and safe environment for all players
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and dependable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Available to work during school hours on weekdays
  • Prior experience working with children and a background in sports are preferred but not required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
