Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Auto Sales Professional to join our team at Ascent Auto. As an Automotive Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, showcasing our latest Subaru models, and providing expert advice on vehicle features and benefits. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer satisfaction goals by providing personalized service and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate and sell new Subaru and pre-owned vehicles, as well as financial services offered by the dealership.
  • Conduct thorough research on current inventory, competitor pricing, and market trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Exceed customer satisfaction goals by delivering exceptional service, responding promptly to inquiries, and ensuring timely communication throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest Subaru models, features, and technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).
  • Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
