Laundry Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our housekeeping team at Monrovia TownePlace Suites by Marriott. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of hotel linens.

This is an entry-level position that requires minimal supervision. As a Laundry Attendant, you will work in our laundry facility, sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens according to our high standards.

• Sort and process incoming linen, separating it into different categories based on fabric type and soiling level
• Operate industrial washers and dryers, monitoring temperature, and chemical levels to ensure optimal cleaning results
• Fold and package clean linens, preparing them for distribution to hotel rooms
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhering to health and safety regulations

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our inventory management system
