- Competitive hourly wage complemented by commission and bonuses.
- Preferred experience in sales (including retail, telemarketing, or other sales roles).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals navigate everyday risks and achieve their aspirations.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Capability to present information effectively to potential clients.
- Timely and comprehensive reporting of activities to the agent.
- Experience in marketing strategies.
- Able to conduct client interviews in various settings.
- Proficient in establishing rapport with clients.
- Knowledgeable about life insurance products.
- Current Life and Health insurance license is required.
