The Patient Rhythm Analyst role is crucial in ensuring the accurate documentation of patient rhythm strips, operating under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This position encompasses a variety of essential tasks, including the interpretation of physician directives, the upkeep of telemetry equipment, and the execution of ward clerk responsibilities.
In addition to these duties, the role involves assisting with various patient care activities, which may include:
- Feeding and grooming
- Dressing and bathing
- Toileting assistance
- Monitoring of vital signs
All activities are performed under the guidance of an RN or Nurse Manager, ensuring a high standard of patient care.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- C.N.A. certification
- BLS certification (to be obtained within 60 days of employment)
- Completion of EKG Class & Competency
- 1-5 years of relevant experience
