Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Lead with expertise in Epic reporting to join our team at Exact Sciences. This individual will play a key role in shaping the technology demand among our business community, serving as a cross-functional internal consultant and primary developer of analytics and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics and reporting tools to empower end users with data-driven insights.
  2. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement across the organization.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that analytics solutions meet user needs effectively.
  4. Create interactive dashboards and reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science/MIS or related field; or High School Degree/General Education Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of direct business analytics experience, including experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Databricks, Python, R, Microsoft Excel).
  • Proven ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience creating, managing, and deploying Epic reporting tools (Slicer Dicer, Reporting Workbench, Radar).
  • Epic reporting certificates.
  • 1+ years of Tableau development/visualization experience; including designing and developing reports and dashboards with large data volumes.
Compensation

The estimated annual base salary for this position is $103,000.00, based on the job title, location (US - WI - Madison), and industry standards. In addition to the base salary, this position is bonus eligible and may receive company stock upon hire and annually.
