Job Description

As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in our legal team's success. You will assist attorneys in various legal matters, conduct research, and provide administrative support to ensure our clients receive the highest quality legal services. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and ensure accuracy.
  • Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date legal files and documentation.
  • Assist in case management and trial preparation, ensuring all necessary documents are in order.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations relevant to our practice areas.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and managing attorney calendars.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field (preferred).
  • Paralegal certification from an accredited institution (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Paralegal in a law firm or legal department.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the practice area(s) of the firm.
