Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility support.
  • Implement Care Plans: Work with clients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide Companionship: Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with Daily Tasks: Assist clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and honest communication with clients, their families, and our care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of caregiving experience, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, CPR and First Aid certification (if applicable).
  • Skills: Empathy, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
