Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Associate to join our team at Allied Universal. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our client's property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and service our client's property to the highest standards
  • Assist patrons and customers in a friendly and engaging manner
  • Operate various cleaning equipment and machinery, including scrubbers, pressure washers, and carpet extractors
  • Perform tasks that require strong attention to detail and reliability, such as cleaning and restocking supplies
  • Work in various environments, including cold weather, rain, snow, or heat, for extended periods
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have effective communication skills and be able to assist others in a friendly and engaging manner
  • Have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Be able to lift and carry items and/or machinery up to 50 pounds
  • Be able to climb ladders, stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
