Tube Fabrication Specialist Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishes techniques and order of tasks for tube manufacturing
  • Creates comprehensive layouts from intricate sample components and assemblies
  • Constructs prototype tubes utilizing various bending apparatus
  • Generates bending data and documents machine configuration details
  • Collaborates with team members to address tubing fabrication issues
  • Utilizes hand and power tools effectively
  • Adapts tooling and workshop aids as necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of blueprints, technical specifications, and data models
  • At least three (3) years of experience in tube bending and finishing

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen for eligibility
  • Secret clearance level is necessary
