Physiotherapy Clinic Receptionist

Madden & Gilbert Physical Therapy is a renowned rehabilitation center in Central Pennsylvania, with multiple clinic locations serving the region.

We are seeking an energetic and skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Shrewsbury clinic location. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

• Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service
• Answer phone calls and manage communication effectively
• Electronically schedule appointments and manage patient records
• Data entry and maintain accurate records
• Verify patient information and insurance benefits
• Manage patient payments and billing
• Fax, file, and perform other administrative tasks as needed

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1+ years of medical front office experience
• Excellent telephone skills and communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Previous experience with medical software preferred
• Available and flexible with work hours
• Closely attention to detail and excellent time management skills

• Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
• Bonus opportunities up to $350 per month based on clinic metrics and staff performance
