A CT Imaging Specialist collaborates with the leadership of Medical Imaging and the department's medical director to formulate operational policies and procedures. This role entails executing diagnostic and interventional CT examinations and procedures in accordance with established protocols. The individual serves as a mentor and resource within the department.
Work Schedule:
Part-Time / Weekend Evening Shifts
Hours:
0.6 FTE / 24 hours weekly
Sunday-Monday 10:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Qualifications:
- AA/BA/BS degree from an accredited Radiology program or completion of a formal military or hospital-based radiology technologist training program required.
- Preferred: Minimum of 1 year experience as a medical imaging technologist, with previous hospital experience being advantageous. For leadership roles, at least six months of prior leadership experience is preferred.
- ARRT(R) registry required upon hire.
- Washington State certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) is mandatory upon hire, with biannual renewal required by the Department of Health and the facility, verified by primary source.
- ARRT(CT) advanced registry must be obtained within 6 months of employment as a CT Imaging Specialist.
- 24 CME credits required every two years (Biennium).
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification is necessary upon hire.
- Formal IV start training and annual competencies in IV starts as applicable for the position.

Compensation Overview:
Posted pay ranges encompass the full salary scale, from minimum to maximum. For positions with multiple levels, the range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Additional compensation may be available based on shift differentials, certifications, or degrees. Job offers are determined based on relevant experience, educational background, and internal equity.
