Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. As a BT, you will play a vital role in our treatment team, providing one-on-one specialized treatment in partnership with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to our clients in a center-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress
  • Support BCBAs with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
  • Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
  • Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s), requiring standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old
  • Perform other tasks outlined by BCBAs/LBAs
Requirements
  • Current/Active RBT Certification
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Salary Range: $18-25/hr
