Healthcare Connections, a reputable medical organization, seeks an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our established practice in northern Utah. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional looking to provide high-quality primary care services in a 100% outpatient setting.

About the Role: As a Family Medicine Physician with our practice, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless patient experience. You will have the autonomy to make decisions regarding patient treatment and management, while being supported by our experienced healthcare professionals.

Key Highlights:

  • Competitive Salary: $225,000 per year (base salary), plus production bonuses up to $30,000 annually
  • Bilingual Bonus: An additional $5,000 per year for candidates proficient in Spanish
  • Excellent Benefits Package: 184 hours of paid time off, 40 hours of sick leave, and 12 paid holidays per year
  • Loan Repayment Program: Up to $25,000 per year towards student loan repayment
  • Patient Load: A manageable 17-20 patients per day, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
