About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Merchandise Associate to join our team in LAURENS, SC. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience. As a Merchandise Associate, you will be working closely with the sales floor team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer orders and locate merchandise on the sales floor
  • Select merchandise and ensure customer orders are filled accurately
  • Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude
  • Dispense customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions

What You'll Get: As a Merchandise Associate at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., you will receive a competitive hourly wage of $14.00-$26.00, depending on your location and experience. You will also have access to annual or quarterly performance incentives, as well as premiums for specific circumstances such as working overtime or during peak periods.
