Job Title: Culinary Expert

Zale Hospitality Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Expert to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

About the Role:

The Culinary Expert will be responsible for creating and implementing new recipes, menus, and cooking techniques that align with our restaurant's standards and practices.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement new recipes and menu items that showcase creativity and innovation.
* Conduct regular taste tests and adjust seasoning levels to ensure consistency and quality.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on new recipes and cooking techniques.
* Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to create a positive and inclusive kitchen culture.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our menu offerings.
* Participate in inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior line cook or equivalent role.
* Advanced ServSafe certification or equivalent recognized hygiene qualification required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate junior staff members.
* Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
