Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and upkeep of the property
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in shared spaces
  • Execute janitorial, electrical, plumbing, heating, and painting tasks
  • Communicate proficiently in-person, via text, email, and phone
  • Relay resident concerns to management
  • Procure and oversee supplies and materials
  • Collaborate with contractors as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in apartment maintenance is essential
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Proficiency in electrical and plumbing work
  • Availability for on-call duties
  • Experience with snow removal and gutter maintenance
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently
